PARISH REGISTRATION

Your registration in the Parish is very important. Registrations assist the Parish Office to act on requests for sacraments such as baptism, marriage and intercessory prayers. In addition, this helps our Pastoral Team identify parishioners for purposes of issuing reference letters. Registrations forms can be filled out in person at the Parish Office. Alternatively, you may download the form (above), complete it and put into the offertory baskets during mass times.
